1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

The purchaser confirms by his order that he also accepts the  Business conditions announced by the seller for delivery of goods. Relations between the purchaser and seller are governed by these Business conditions that are binding for both parties.

2) ORDERING OF GOODS

You can order simply and comfortably using a shopping cart .

Dimensions, weight, performance, capacity and other data of the goods, given on our pages, are not binding and based on data of producers. In case of any discrepancy please contact us.

We undertake to deliver goods to our customers only in perfect condition and in compliance with specifications or properties usual for the given type of goods, complying with the respective standards, regulations and directives applicable within territory of European Union

The condition for purchase is to fill up all the required data and necessities as seen in the order form. The order also serves as a proposal of a purchase contract, where the purchase contract is concluded by payment for the goods.  For conclusion of a purchase contract it is necessary to confirm formally the order by the purchaser.

In  case that in the course of the period, when the goods was ordered, the exchange rate or the supplier's price was significantly changed, we reserve the right to modify the order after an agreement with the purchaser. The same right we reserve also in a case when the producer stops delivery of the ordered product or introduces a new version of the product on the market or changes price of the product significantly.

3) CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by email only if it is not despatched yet. In case of card secure payment  the seller will refund your payment minus charges and bank fees for transaction.

4) POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES

The ordered goods will be sent to you by national post as Registered letter, whose prices depend on the weight of the consignment and country of destination. You can find an approximate transport price during your ordering process. Transport prices within Europe start at 6 €, overseas at 7 €.

5) DELIVERY TERM

The delivery term is 1-5 days within EU, 5 to 21 days overseas if not specified otherwise. In case that some item is not in stock and the customer does not specify any substitution, we reserve the right to deliver other goods in similar quality and price instead.

6) REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
     NON-COLLECTED GOODS

We can replace non-used and non-damaged goods for another article. Send the goods as a registered parcel (not as "cash on delivery" C.O.D.) to our address. Any cost connected with  such replacement bears the purchaser. Repeated sending of goods is performed after payment of the postage fee as well as packing & handling fee in the amount of 3 €, total min. 8 €.

7) CLAIMS AND WARRANTY

Any possible claims are settled to your satisfaction by an individual agreement with you and in compliance with the applicable law. The purchaser shall inspect the goods immediately after its delivery to find any possible faults and damages. The purchaser shall notify about any possible faults our company (within 3 days). We cannot accept any responsibility for faults caused by thje forwarder.

All goods is covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months unless specified otherwise. The warranty only covers production defects.

The warranty does not cover:

a) defects caused by normal use
b) improper use of the product
c) incorrect storage
d) explosion (cracking) of the bottle.

Claim procedure:

1) Inform us about your claim by e-mail
2) Send the goods as a registered parcel (not as "cash on delivery") to our address
3) Attach the reason of your claim and your address to the parcel
4) Give date of receipt of the claimed goods in  our shop and order number.

We settle your claim as soon as possible, however, within 30 days from its origin, i.e. takeover of the goods by us at the latest. In case of more complicated claims, e.g. electronic devices, we will inform you without any delay on the claim proceedings.

8) NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS

The purchaser shall notify us immediately about non-delivery of the goods by the forwarder or delivery of damaged goods by e-mail.

We cannot accept any responsibility for defects caused by the forwarder. The purchaser undertakes to pay a contractual penalty 10 € for cancellation of his payment or for complaining to card company without notify us about non-delivered goods and without abidding the response. The payment centre charges its own charges in case of unjustified claims.
