Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

 
We undertake to deliver goods to our customers only in perfect condition and in compliance with specifications or properties usual for the given type of goods, complying with the respective standards, regulations and directives applicable within territory of the Czech Republic.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours only if it is not despatched yet by telephone or e-mail.  



We hope that you are pleased with the products you received from us, but if you do need to return anything we offer the following options to you:


RETURN OF GOODS WITHING 14 DAYS

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 14 days according to the Czech law.

In this case you can  send your product to our address by registreded mail (no C.O.D.) together with the copy of proof of purchase (Invoice) that you received by email when your order was dispatched. No return can be completed in store without it. Any return to store must be done within 14 days, and the product must be returned unused and unopened.

Please note: If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not refund postage or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind. The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility and we will not refund that cost.

PAYMENT POLICY - RETURN OF CARD PAYMENTS

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

After you cancel your order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full (except postage). We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the order back from you.



REPLACEMENT OF GOODS,  NON-COLLECTED GOODS

We can replace non-used and non-damaged goods for another article. Send the goods as a registered parcel (not as "cash on delivery" C.O.D.) to our address. Any costs connected with  such replacement bears the purchaser. Repeated sending of goods is performed after payment of the postage fee as well as packing & handling fee in the amount of 3 $, total min. 8 $.

In case the customer does not wish repeated sending or the consignment did not pass through the customs, we charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 40% of the consignment price (due to the reason that quality of the goods transported too long may be deteriorated). 

 

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Refunds will be paid onto the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.
